Exports help you take finished work outside Blueputto. You can create a printable document, download an object's designed layout, or prepare a full collection in one go.
Export a document as PDF
Download a document as an A4 PDF from either the document list or its editor. The file can include formatted text, headings, tables, task lists, images, and the document's additional details.
This gives you a clean copy for sharing, printing, or storing without recreating the document elsewhere.
Download an object's design
Objects can be exported as:
PDF,
PNG,
JPG.
The file follows the object's assigned Design and fills the layout with that record's current information. This works well for labels, cards, display materials, and visual records.
Prepare a whole collection
For larger jobs, export every object in a collection at once. Choose separate PDF, PNG, or JPG files in a single package, or combine the pages into one PDF.
Each object keeps its own design, so the result reflects the layouts already chosen for those records.
